Laurent Huber will present the outcomes of the 4th Conference of the Parties of the WHO FCTC (COP4). He will also discuss the challenges and opportunities generated by COP4; the tactics used by the tobacco industry to derail the FCTC process, and the critical role of civil society in the FCTC process.
