• Understand the history of tobacco control in California, and the key events leading to and shaping the California Tobacco Control Program • Describe tobacco industry efforts to undermine tobacco control in California • Understand the features of the California tobacco control program, and similarities and differences to other contexts • Describe the impact of the California tobacco control program on public health (tobacco use, health outcomes, health care costs)
